Orlando Flex includes Express Pass
Express Pass is used at Universal Studios and Islands of Adventure to reduce wait times at the most popular rides.
You use the entry ticket in an ATM-like machine. It will give you a time to return to the ride. When you return you bypass the long line and typically wait only a few minutes.
Please note this is NOT the Express Pass Plus that puts you to the head of the line. Express Plus Passes are purchased separately from Universal Studios and are on top of the entry price
