Kennedy Space Center is a fantastic day out for space lovers. Situated on a beautiful wildlife preserve the high tech wonders of space travel share their home with some of the countries endangered species including Bald Eagles and Manatees. (There are also 5000 alligators on site so don't wander off!)

The Kennedy Space Center tells the story of the Unites States exploration of space. See the actual launch pad where the space shuttle gets launched. You can stand right by the side of the huge rockets used to take men to the moon.

The Kennedy Space Center Visitor has three fantastic IMAX® movies, shown on enormous screens.

Hours of operation
Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex is open every day of the year (except Christmas Day and certain launch days) from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. The last KSC tour departs 3:30 p.m.
