Return / Refund Policy

We operate a no refund policy.
This is for everyone's protection. It is impossible to tell just from looking if a ticket has already been used. I will not compromise the integrity of the tickets that I sell by restocking tickets that may prove (when another customer uses them) to be voided. Once the FedEx parcel has been signed for the tickets are outside my control and are therefore no longer “safe” to sell.

If the tickets have not left our office we will cancel orders subject to a 10% restocking fee.
